This doctors office refused to let my brother (I am his co-guardian) transfer to another doctor in their practice. We are not satisfied with the care from Dr. Siciliano, but that doesn't matter because they won't allow us to see another doctor because they don't do this apparently. Poor care and no room for patient advocacy.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Gerard V. Siciliano’s office. I scheduled an appointment months ago and had to wait nearly five months for my turn. Out of the blue, two months before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the office informing me that the doctor needed to reschedule. Dr siciliano was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and irresponsible. Cancelled my colonoscopy because of an error regarding a med he left off his info sheet. He chose to neither discuss this with me at the time or when I called his office.
Mr. Gerald Sicilanto, MD is highly recommended. For his services to all patients. He is very knowledgeable. About his services he provides to others. His concerns are to help patients. To feel comfortable about there experiences. I have been a patient of his since 2000. Due to my father having issues with his health. His office recommended. That all of his family members. Get tested for colon cancer. Early detections can save lives. So all can be treated early enough. To prolong lifestyle.
Had a routine endoscopy and colonoscopy and all went quite well. Takes his time understanding the situation with a relaxed and concerned demeanor. Really dont get all the negative reviews here at all. The staff, front to back, were all great and personable. Ive known Dr Siciliano many years as a client and happy to have him as my doc here. Recomended him to several friends too.
