I had a very unpleasant patient experience at this office at 1555 Center Avenue, 2nd Floor, Fort Lee, NJ. I recently had spinal surgery and must wear a cervical neck collar for stabilization. While standing at the front desk, I politely asked how long it might take to receive my handicap parking permit certificate form.
