Me and my wife have had a very long drawn out experience with We Do Exteriors (Gerard Roofing) that has left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. We initially reached out to them about 2 years ago for multiple leaks that we had coming from the dormers on our roof. They came out and told us that some of the flashing around the dormers was old and no good. We hired them to replace the flashing and install some new shingles around the dormers. I would not use this company. They were recommended by a friend, Scot called me and came to the house 2 days later to inspect the roof. After several phone calls and text messages and 3 weeks later no estimate. I spoke with the estimator, 10 days after the inspection, she told me she would have us an estimate within the next 2 days, No estimate. They saved us from serious and expensive water damage! We noticed a dip in part of our gutters where water was leaking down the exterior of our house. Gerard Roofing quickly came, surveyed the damage, and provided an easy-to-understand estimate (with helpful pictures) that included two solutions. They fixed it in one morning and you’d never know there was an issue. We are very grateful!
I personally spoke with Stephen from Gerard Roofing’s team and was so impressed at the professionalism and kindness that exudes off of this man! He makes you feel like they are a company that really cares and that speaks volumes about the leadership. Well done!
