I refuse to go anywhere else for prescriptions. This is a local, long time business and they treat you like family. People who complaining probably came for other services like lotto/packages-BUT it is a Pharmacy FIRST. It's like going to a seafood spot for a steak. Stick to what they do or go else where so I don't have wait in a line behind ya:)
If you're expecting to drop off a large package please be aware that they will tell you NO even though they get PAID to be a UPS pick-up spot! The audacity! Looking through the reviews and my previous experience you guys need to work on customer service and make room/have a specific spot for packages only! I am a customer I do not care if the aisles need to be clear for people with walkers... If you make a restricted area for packages ONLY - You won't have this problem! Poor customer service, looks like a reoccurring theme. Shop at the mom and pop shops they say. If you don't like your job, get another one.
Terrible customer service. Cashiers don't speak or understand basic English and are very rude. They never have medications ready even when they call to tell you that your medications are ready. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could.
