Unreliable firm - communication is horrible. Hopefully this firm is reported to the legal services board based off all the negative reviews ive read. Disgusting.
No response, was told we would get one in a few days - its now been a few weeks. Our case is would deemed harder/complex so i assume this would be why.. feeling mislead based of their advertising After reading reviews it comes as a silent blessing.

Just because someone talks loudly doesn’t mean they’re yelling … thank you for making me never have faith in your company again.
Unfortunately the no win no fee means they’ll take most of your money. It took them 3 years and I went through so much stress and anxiety throughout this time. So many emails went unanswered, my lawyer left the firm but not before promising me so much more compensation than I received. I didn’t feel the lawyer was on my side at all Infact I felt bullied.
