I have never dealt with a more organized, quick moving, on the ball contractor like Gerard Laiben. He is honest, conciencious and kind, yet he always has the patience and time to sit down to meet with us at any step during the construction process. He is the best in the business and its so cool to have seen him get to this point! If you want a beautiful, quality built home, this is your contractor.
