First of all I arrived and waited almost an hour to have my insurance verified, which it never really was. I went into the back for what I thought was an evaluation and discussion. No work was done, no cleaning etc.... was told I owed $93.00 I had no idea that's how it was going to go. Received a call from collections for 93.00. Not a good experience at all
Dr Karam has been my Dentist for about 20 years. Best Dentist on the Westbank. Remarks about Vickie are not true.
I will never go back to this dentist office again because of this lady that works at the office Vickie. She was very rude and unprofessional. Dr Karam was nice but it’s not worth his service since being treated badly by his staff
