Called Dr. Gerard Carvalho office and set up an oppointment for the first of Any day, i.e. be the frist person examined a specific day. and tell them you are on oxygen and thats why you dont want to sit in a doctors office for hours. TRY IT, YOU WILL GROW OLD WAITING TO BE SEEN., HES PATHETIC, DONT GO. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. HE LEFT ME SITTING FOR A HALF HOUR AND SAW 4 OTHER PATIENTS THAT CAME AFTER ME. FIND SOMEONE ELSE./

I was a little concerned bringing my 11 year old in to the office after reading several negative reviews, however our experience was a positive one. The receptionists were organized, prompt and professional. We did not wait more than 15 minutes for our 9am appointment. Which was VERY nice. Dr. Carvalho was professional and did a nice job explaining things to us after he cauderized my 11 year old's left nostril. She was scared to have this proceedure done but left his office smiling.
I would not recommend this Doctor. He is a really dirty individual. I'm 35 years old and as soon as he saw me he told me there was nothing wrong with me without even checking me. Then he put the ear light on my ear looked at my ear right after that he put it In my mouth with so much ear wax on it keep I mind my ear had drainage. I told him what are you doing!? I have so much more to say but there's no more room to write all my bad experience on this page. I want to give him 0 stars but I can't
Wait time is way too long in waiting are, the services from the actual Doctor is worth the wait he is the best doctor so far I found in hemet , I recommend him highly,,, bring your own magazine while waiting .
The Dr. Is great, however, his office staff will violate your rights if you're not careful. Anyone with a PPO insurance has to pay a deposit of $120 up front "just in case your insurance doesn't cover the consultation ". You really to follow through to see what was paid because they will tell you that the insurance didn't cover everything and keep your money. There is nothing in writing stating that and you will not get a receipt for the deposit, so clearly there's no paper trail. Follow Thru!
