Dr. Budd and his staff are wonderful!!! They go above and beyond no matter what!!! Everyone wants Dr. Budd to be their primary care doctor!!!
Stopped up ear, no problem. High blood pressure, no problem. I loved seeing an old school doctor in an old school clinic. I felt right at home! Now I know why all my friends have praised him over the years! Friendly staff as well - great personalities.
Dr Budd is a competent Dr., but his staff were extremely rude and hostile when we questioned a diagnosis code and asked to speak to the Dr. We were told we were “on our own,” and could never speak to him about it and “I am not your personal assistant.” We were unable to receive a much-needed electrocardiogram due to the incorrect coding issue. Dr Budd is amazing! I have been going to him for about 4 years now and even though I have several other specialists? I have see, I use Dr Budd as my Primary Care. He knows my history and is extremely knowledgeable about many areas of medicine. This is not a "doc in the box.." but a full-service? medical care facility with a patient, kind, funny and extremely competent doctor in charge.
