After more than 30 years of being a patient and satisfied with Dr. Kortekamp himself, his scheduling staff today refused to schedule an appointment for me and stated I had to self diagnose for Covid at home. Called back after being hung up on when I stated I was not going to do a home test only to be hung up on again and a third time when I called back and asked for a . supervisor and was told no supervisor was in today for that department or any other department.
