Dr. Santos is a very kind and caring doctor in his field of sleep medicine, however, somewhere there is a disconnect from seeing patients and getting documentation out. I was recently moved from one machine to another, but was not made aware of a 90 day requirement by Medicare to have documentation sent in on the progress of switching machines and the treatment progress. From the time I checked in at the receptionist, this everybody was really kind and respectful. The nurse and the doctor was very kind and explained everything very well to me kudos.
Dr Santos is one of the good doctors! I recommend him fully!
