Hi everyone, this is an update. So, I had to request an accommodation documentation for my employer based upon my diagnostic evaluation completed by Dr. Chambers, back in 2021. Dr. Chambers quickly organized the document and responded to all my phone calls and text messages to complete the request. I agreed to use Dr. Chambers for a "Psychological Assessment" ordered by the family court. He wrote a narrative about me based on the standard testing that he had ran that was SO unreal that I could not believe he was describing me! He literally spent less than two hours talking with me and ended up writing a narrative about me that was about 65 pages LONG!!!
