Left me with dog ears (extra fat flaps in the underarms) and an inverted nipple after a simple cosmetic breast reduction. I was left 2 full cup sizes larger than what I asked for and had to pay for the inverted nipple revision out of pocket. I chose Moffitt because of its reputation for being the best of the best, but my experience with Dr. Mosiello was anything but. I am extremely disappointed that Moffitt would affiliate itself with a doctor who lacks the care, professionalism, and empathy that their institution is known for. Dr. Mosiello and his staff are fantastic. I have a major issue with anxiety since dealing with breast cancer and they really did a wonderful job of helping me feel more comfortable. The results were fantastic and Dr. Mosiello has a very calming bedside manner.
