this atty did a bankruptcy for me in 2010. he did not file the proper paperwork to remove a judgemental lien. I found out there was a large lien amt against my home 5 yrs later when I tried to refinance. for almost another yr, I tried to get him to refile the motion. it was one excuse after another. he never refiled the paperwork. after speaking with 2 different attys, I have to refile bankruptcy again. I paid $1,200 for me to be in the same financial difficulties 8 years later.
