The work he was hired to do was completed. Most of the work was completed by his employee (he's good, but still gaining experience), and not by Gerard. Pricing was good the first time I hired him, but on callbacks it was clear he was charging more.
Gerard and his crew were great to work with! I had some exterior maintenance work that needed to be done. Gerard was responsive, knew what I wanted, and delivered the results I wanted at a good price. Perfect contractor for regular repairs.
