He was great. No wait time and personal
Very kind and understanding. He got right down to the situation. Talked about the problem. Friendly
So sick, feverish and coughing for 2 days. My doctor couldn't see me suggest Ascension Express Care. Waiting room was packed. Wait was 2 hrs. Was seen rather quickly after being brought back to exam room. Nurse was very kind and the doctor had such excellent bedside manner. I felt heard and felt the concern from him. Got tested and antibiotics called in to my pharmacy. All in all it was quite an experience that I hope never to have to go thru again.
Staff and doctor were exceptionally pleasant and very professional.
