Dr. Curtis is an outstanding physician. I have been a patient of his for many years and have as much confidence in that I him as I do with any other medical professional that I see. His office is always very efficient.
Dr Curtis did a biopsy on me 2 weeks ago Monday. he told me he would call me with results by end of that week the following Wednesday I called to find out results and was told by receptionist she would send a message back to medical assistant, on Thursday I called and was told the same thing. I never heard back. Today, 2 weeks later I called and received the same response from the receptionist, she must have heard the frustration in my voice because I received no follow up about a possible cancer I may have.
