They treated me like a king!
I made a huge mistake by going to Geralis the customer service was terrible they promised to deliver the product within 10 days and after I wasted 2 weeks with Gerali I had to cancel my order to lack of professionalism by the staff at Gerallis and after talking to the owner of the company it was clear that you can not deal with this company the owner clearly told me that if you don't like our services you can go elsewhere know that is what I call great customer service Mr Gerali that is the way you treat your customers avoid... read more
Sadly, I did not listen to the reviews and worked with Gerali Custom Design. They seem extrememly disorganized and have very poor cusotmer service skills. After being given the run around for weeks, finally had a contract signed and measurements completed. Only to have the rep call me 3 days later saying opps, the piece doesn't fit after all...you'll have to choose a different color. I had my kitchen renovated through Home Depot and everything when great until me and my husband had to deal with Gerali's. Poor customer service skills and not professional at all! The measurer looked like he didn't even know what he was doing, that showed after waiting 4 weeks for them to make our countertop, and the countertop not fitting. Gerali Custom Designs is the subcontractor for Home Depot that installed our Corian Countertops. We had no problems until we had a seam separation about 2 months after the install. I was told this would be a simple fix. However they sent out a poorly trained crew that had no clue how to properly repair the counter, They sanded the area for over 5 hours with a belt sander, pitting and damaging the counter. They also burned 2 area rugs when they set down a heat gun. No offer to replace the damaged rugs. They insisted on being ... read more
