Organised some repairs with my car a week prior to going in. They spent a day fault finding then didn’t repair the issue just told me the fault. I left the vehicle there then a week later they finally partially completed the repairs leaving me with a fault still to take elsewhere to get completed. They are more worried about new car services than repairs. 100% will not be returning.
I would like to give a huge thank you to Toyota in Geraldton, Michael and the team helped my father in-law yesterday with his Land Cruiser and gave him piece of mind, as we are travelling north and they are from NSW The customer service was excellent Thank you again for your help and knowledge
