Rang to book a skin check or to see if they do free mole checks and the receptionist was disinterested and rude not the kind of service that relieves the stress of medical concerns so I hang up and booked else where .
Rang to make a booking for a skin check, the ṟeceptionist that answered the phone was so uninterested, borderline rúde and seemed ànnoyed I asked questions. So I just just hung up and found śomewhere else. 0 customer sèrvice skills!
Answering the phone with YES is never a good look for any business!
