Went to pick up materials delivered to their yard, was promptly verbally abused by the head yardie for how long it had apparently been there, despite the company who had shipped it telling me it had just arrived, they then made me wait 1 hour to fork it on the trailer...
I just had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had a really important package that missed the cut off to get out to our remote area in Useless Loop, and Alysa (I think that’s her name) went the extra mile to help me get it sorted. I’ve always heard Geraldton Freight Lines was family run, but this feels like a large company that still operates with the heart of a loving family. The way I was treated today honestly blew me away.
