Absolute crooks. Gerald’s Truck & Trailer is probably the WORST mechanic I have ever dealt with. $4,600 to fix a water pump. Oil and coolant mixed?They do not flush! They will drain it (without dropping the oil pan) and “hope that’s good enough”, charge 8 hours then another 4 hours for having to go back over their mistake when you call them out on it. Needed electrical work done on a trailer after hours (trailer break light broke at the wiring) The owner had the mechanic out to me within the hour and everything was fixed at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!
Very bad experience,Not come here Today I got the airbag changed from them. And their mechanic missed the leveling valve of my airbags Because of this, all the air from my airbags came out and my trailer became unbalanced. I'll go to the truck stop ahead. Due to the mechanic's negligence, the trailer's tires or roof could have been damaged.
