These people are literally scam artists, I pick up my truck yesterday from them. They told my company it was fix but wouldn’t even let me test drive it to make sure. So my company paid them and I drive the truck 3 miles and I seen the truck smoking again. They told my company it’s not there problem when they know it is like why lie and say you fixed everything Don’t ever waste your money or time with these rip offs.

I drove around within a 40-mile radius trying to find someone who could repair my truck on a Saturday, and these were the only people who were willing to help me and replace my radiator. Never come here. There are no real specialists or honest people here. I arrived with an air leak problem. They ran diagnostics and replaced the air dryer, telling me everything was fine. I paid $1,200. I drove 50 miles, but the truck was still losing air. I found the problem myself: a hole in one of the air tanks. I went back to them. They replaced the tank by 8 PM—the whole day was gone. I paid another $900. The shop closed, but they assured me everything was fine. Absolute crooks. Gerald’s Truck & Trailer is probably the WORST mechanic I have ever dealt with. $4,600 to fix a water pump. Oil and coolant mixed?They do not flush! They will drain it (without dropping the oil pan) and “hope that’s good enough”, charge 8 hours then another 4 hours for having to go back over their mistake when you call them out on it.
