was told to "come by tomorrow at 8am and we'll get you squared away" Waited for 2.5 hrs and finally had enough. Why do you make it sound like it will be quick then make you wait so long once you get there???? NEVER again!

My car broke down on a recent trip from DC to Florida and triple AAA towed me to Gerald's. They were amazing!!! It was a really scary experience breaking down on the hwy as it was getting dark in an unfamiliar area, just me and my dog, and they were able to fit me in before they closed so I didn't have to get a hotel there for the night, gave me an exact quote (with different options) beforehand and everyone was just so sweet to both me and my dog who was very nervous after the whole ordeal. Just returned from spending Thanksgiving at IOP. While we were there, our car developed a terrible screeching noise coming from the drivers' side wheel well. We took it to Gerald's in Mt. Pleasant and were very pleased with our experience. Those guys were pleasant, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They do like to joke around! Robert @ Gerald's Mt. Pleasant – Robert helped me yesterday with purchasing 4 Cooper Zeon RS3-S tires for my 2006 Audi Avant. Yes, it was hot and humid, yes, there were a billion phone calls and customers coming in and out, and all the people working were BUSY!!! Tim is the best – I had a flat that could not be fixed and my tires are relatively new so I only wanted to replace the 1. I looked at several locations and settled on Gerald's for reputation, price and convenience. I was originally disappointed when they put another tire on my car without telliing me and when confronted told me the tire is discontinued and no longer available. FANTASTIC Customer Service – Called to have my tires rotated. Friendly, helpful and performed the work in LESS time than promised! All with smiles and enthusiasm. Since this was my first time, was quite surprised with the rose left in my car when finished with the tire rotation. What wonderful Southern hospitality! Though this was my first visit, it will be the ONLY place I go to for any tire or brake work. Thank you Gerald's!

Trustworthy, Fair, Kind People – My 16 year old son was on his first road trip. I made him take my car because it was "safer" than his. While driving down the highway the rear tire shredded! Luckily, he was able to safely pull the car over to the side. I was in a bind and Gerald's in Mt. Pleasant saved the day. They were kind, honest and fair in their prices. I highly recommend them.
