Today I needed help with a lower ball joint. Gerald is out due to a family loss ( I was so saddened to hear, my heart goes out to the family!) Jacob answered my call, was so polite said he had the day open! Jacob even looked at autozone online for me while I was driving from Republic🎉 Jacob quote $100 for labor, I drove strait there after getting a $450 quote in Republic! Jacob is a Marine to the core! When I busted down outside Marshfield a couple hundred miles away from home, Gerald’s was my somewhat random pick for the tow truck driver to take my car. He did an honest job and went out of his way to get me the parts we needed (after the parts store screwed up the order) and still got me on the road again when I came down to get my car a few days later. The friendliness and get-er-done approach was very much appreciated, and all at a fair price.
