I’ve been doing business with the turf shop for several years and have seen changes over that time, I must say that these changes are getting better from equipment to employees to parts. I want to welcome Hugh to the shop and say thank you for the help on my last three visits. I hope to help Jeff and the team move forward with the mowers this year as mine is getting older and my goats are gone.
OWNER JEFF BUTTRAM THREATENED TO "STOMP THE HELL OUT OF ME" OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY GOT CAUGHT IN A LIE ON MY REPAIRS AND NOW CONTINUES TO REMOVE MY CHECK IN TAG ON FACEBOOK POST AND BLOCKED ME ON THE BUSINESS PAGE Took a lawnmower to this shop, I was told a 65 dollar diagnostic fee, then asked what was wrong so they could look at that. They installed a deck pulley and adjusted the handles. When lawnmower was returned it died as soon as blades were engaged. Is this really a business? Called Tuesday no one ever answered the phone called Wednesday again no answer I included a picture of hours said closed on Monday & Sunday. So what’s up. I suggest not wasting time Here if they can’t open during hours posted. What if you have them working on your mower you’ll never be able to get ahold of them to get it back
