I had my first appointment with Dr Navarro this morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. And Dr Navarro was wonderful! I had read the mixed reviews and was a little nervous. But she was thorough and kind. She explained my diagnosis and treatment options well. She asked if me or my husband had questions and kindly answered all of them. I have nothing but positive things to say about her.
I have been seeing Dr. Navarro for years and she is the best. Very thorough, kind and compassionate. I have sent many people to her and they also love her.
If this is your only option for a rheumatologist, well then be advised of Dr. Navarros terrible bedside manners. She will show no compassion or care and will have her back to you the entire time. She told me o had RA like telling me I have the flu. With no compassion or care of explaining this new disease. She will leave you more stressed than before getting results.
