All I can say is great Doctor.
Genevieve Cruz needs to work on her tone and communication. I asked if there was a way to bump up a referral appointment and she basically responded with a “that’s not going to happen, that’s just how it is” in a very unsympathetic tone. She did not even bother to try. Her tone generally suggests that she does not care, and cannot provide satisfactory solutions or answers. Will not be seeing her again.
