Dr. Zemel and his staff can not be beaten in any area of each staff members skill sets. They were swift in their duties yet highly proficient in every skill set they each possessed. The biopsy process was fully explained in a professional manner with an equal measure of politeness and kindness. I want to single out "Kim" on the pre-op and post-op staff as exhibiting a truly outstanding disposition.
