I have been going to Dr.Russell for about 23 years and he has always helped me and my entire family I would recommend him to anyone if you want a caring family Dr. He is definitely the one I'm am very thankful to have him as my Dr for so many years and yashi and Phyllis are awesome as well they always take their time with me get my prescriptions filled on time the ladies up front are great as well
Dr Russell is amazing. He always schedules plenty of time to answer any questions and considers your thoughts about your own health. I am very grateful to have come across him so many years ago. The staff and nurses in his office are wonderful and caring.
Dr. Russell and his staff (especially Yashi and Brenda) were awesome. They totally handled all my needs, they were prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Russell and his staff to any family member or friends.
Very happy with the care I receive when seeing Dr. Russell. Office is very clean,exam rooms are neat and tidy, front office ladies are friendly and his nurses always make sure my medicines are refilled and up to date. Would recommend to family and friends!
I always liked Dr Russell. He is a good dr but his nurse and staff stink. I was out of state and got a sinus infection, because his nurse and staff will not help me and call my ins company the sinus infection is costing me 300. His nurse is incompetent and so are the people at the desk
Dr. Gerald Russell and his staff, specifically his nurse, Brenda, and the office manager, David Bandy, cannot be trusted. They totally botched on an attempt by Walgreens (and me) to get a prescription refilled. Three days went by after Walgreens called and e-faxed the request. There was no refill or call from Russell's nurse so I went in person to the office four days after the initial request. I was greeted with lies and hostility. They also have not sent all of my records, which I requested a
