I've lived in a Smallish house for 15 years, the good, their interior carpentry is A+ their fit and finish is second to none. The bad, their exterior carpentry is subpar, numerous exterior defects including improper drip edges, no priming of siding backs, and cut ends, and poor window installation meant the house needed complete residing, and the house is only 20 years old.
I can't say enough good things about Gerald Smallish and Sons. They built our house and we wouldn't change a thing. They were easy to work with, good at explaining things and listened to what we wanted. We can't get over how great the quality is and the attention to detail that went into even the smallest of things. We chose to build on a hill and the house is hit heavily with wind and rain yet everything is holding up perfectly. Can't recommend them enough!
