I was quoted 198.00 for a diagnosis and then if it was what my mechanic had suspected being the spark plugs an additional 212.00 for parts and labour. Most of the quotes that I had received were on par with this. I had my car booked in for today only to wait 4 hours to find out that I did need new spark plugs . During the initial diagnosis, they identified an issue with the MAF sensor, which they replaced after charging a significant amount for the diagnosis. Good customer service experience
Had to go there for recall, left my car there for around 4-5 hours and when picked up AC controls modules were were dead, i went rightaway in the office told them about the issue, after looking up their team member said, they will look at it tomorrow if any parts need to order, i might have to pay. I was very shocked and confused as my car was perfectly fine when left the vehicle at dealership for recall, it was around 4:30 pm so they said i have to bring the car tomorrow, instead of coming back tomorrow i left the car there... read more
Gerald Slaven may be able to service a Holden reliably. I don't know because I have been trying for 3 days to book a service without success. Day 1 went to their web site. Met their chat bot. Filled in the questions to request a booking. Was told someone would be in touch. Crickets. Phoned them. Waited 10 minutes to get "I'll just pop you through to service" Call answered "hello" I asked "Is this service" Answer "yes" then they hung up. Comedy of Errors.
