Worst service and charge more for the capped service. There is one chinese guy explained how the service happens - Only check all the lights and Tyres and change the Engine Oil. Received the quote for the Thermostat replacement as 1500$ and the parts cost as 200 and Labour is 1300$ which is insane and the same Chinese guy mentioned that it will take more than 6 hours to replace the Thermostat. We will never ever go to this service again.
Terrible in all areas of there service department
I was quoted 198.00 for a diagnosis and then if it was what my mechanic had suspected being the spark plugs an additional 212.00 for parts and labour. Most of the quotes that I had received were on par with this. I had my car booked in for today only to wait 4 hours to find out that I did need new spark plugs . When questioned why they were not replaced then and there I was advised that they would need to order them in even though they are a Holden repairer . I recently visited Gerald Slaven Holden Service in Canberra for an ongoing DPF error in my Holden Malibu. Initially, I was impressed by their responsiveness and customer service. During the initial diagnosis, they identified an issue with the MAF sensor, which they replaced after charging a significant amount for the diagnosis.
