Strange interaction with the salesman. Told him we were interested in an Everest, but not until June 2026 - wanting to order a car. With our timelines it’s clear he lost interest. No cars to test drive, and stood there looking at us as we viewed an Everest in stock. Drove back to Isuzu, and paid a deposit on an MUX, it’ll be here in June 2026. Do better.
My Ford Ranger gearbox failed on a Sunday, and Ford Australia (through NRMA) tray topped it to Slaven Ford. I get it serviced there, but didn't buy it from them. They provided me with a loan car, and kept me updated. Even though they were flat out with the servicing of other vehicles at this time of year, they really looked after me. Thanks to Noah and especially Mohammed for the update. From breakdown to getting my car back took less than two weeks and that involved fitting a new gearbox.
The team at Gerald Slaven Ford in Phillip went above and beyond when it came to fixing my work ute. They gave me a spare oil cap to put in my ute to get it to them and then made sure that my vehicle was safe to drive again. Whilst waiting, Noah even provided an office space so I could continue working whilst they did their magic. Thank you guys!
A shout out to Noah for his excellent and prompt service to fix a turbo boost pipe on my wildtrak ranger all done within a hour of taking it over the same day without any notice, well done couldn't be any happier 😀
Fantastic help in an emergency - in town for an event and Noah turned a job around in a few minutes and got us back on the road.
