Today I met Jaishri one of the friendly sales staff at the Phillip dealership, and I can definitely say that his professionalism and customer service was the best I’ve ever had when buying a new car. In fact it was up there at the top of any retail service I’ve ever had. I test drove the car at lunchtime and by 6pm it was in my driveway. My expectations were consistently exceeded and the bloke even hung around after close to help me transfer my kit from my old car. This is a dealer that completely disregards customer driving safety and ignores public transportation safety. Their service is rude and perfunctory. I absolutely cannot compromise any further—I need to share my experience. Since June 2024, my car has been showing a brake issue warning, and it still hasn't been fully fixed until today.
