Wonderful sales team and never let us down with a service
I can't speak highly enough of Max at Gerald Slaven Ford. I bought a 2026 Ford Everest and Max made the whole experience easy and simple. From walking through the door, doing multiple test drives, and then finalising a deal Max was great to work with very fair in negotiations. Due to some personnel circumstances I needed the vehicle ready to pick up before Christmas but I was out of the country until mid December. Max and Ford were precise to the day. Very pleased to leave my thoughts and praise for the staff and operation at Ford, Phillip. Recently purchased a Ranger with the assistance of Leith, he is genuine and easy going - I nice approach for sales staff. As well as displaying excellent knowledge of his product and the industry, left us feeling confident and satisfied with the deal on offer. I have also had several interactions with the service staff whom are excellent customer service representatives, their knowledge and experience is displayed really well.
