Took my vehicle in for a service and came back with a hub cap missing. Called up on twice to chase this up and the staff that answered the phone said they would get there manager to call me back. I didn't hear anything back
Very happy with the level of service and care performed on my Ford Everest. From my experience (3 times over now), servicing done by the selling dealer pays. Well done.
More than happy with the service on my ford Everest. A warranty repair was needed and the team found another problem which they discussed with me. They gave me an estimate before they commenced the service. When picking up the car Neil ran through the service and showed me the further warranty work to be carried out. Love my ford Everest .... a great vehicle.

Rude and very expensive. I would go to Gerald Slaven Phillip. Friday , Jan 30, Ranger booked in for a 90k service. Dropped off 9.50am and told they would call when done. I had a missed call about 4.55pm. Voice message advised to call back. About 5.01pm call Gerald Slaven. Call went straight to answering machine. All section of GS Ford went to answering.
