Mr. Sanguino worked for the seller of the home that we purchased. Sadly, we felt a review of his behavior and actions during the sale was absolutely necessary. Gerald Sanguino was incredibly difficult to work with, constantly unavailable and completely unwilling to make inspector identified repairs during the contracting phase. Mr. Sanguino would often not respond to offers for days at a time, which was a very frustrating way to work a purchase during the option period. His representation of the Sanguine Group has put a black mark against his name, enough for this negative review to be posted.
