Gerald was always so helpful. We moved from Michigan to Tennessee in 2007, when the housing market was horrible for sellers. We had a condo that was totally upside down on value. Gerald helped us find 5 tenants over the course of 9 years until he helped us sell the condo in 2016 when it's value returned get us our best asking price and make us a little bit of the money we would have lost otherwise.
