Dr Oh's staff is the most unprofessional medical people in the medical industry I have ever experienced. The office uses a outsourced service to take calls. They put you on hold for ever only to be told by a automated message to call back or text. Then hangs up. They do not return calls. They do not follow up. They make promises they do not keep. They are lazy and lie.
I was suffering badly withleg pain Do to disck compress this Dr Ho perfor the surgery And I got confort no pain on legas since surgery the pain stop Im very happy with his work. and the team he chose everything is great even the Inland Hospital. I had my second lower back surgery done by doctor Oh and I will sing his praise to anyone. After my first surgery I was in constant pain levels 7-10 all the time and after doctor Oh I have been living with a average 3-5 unless I got stupid and over do it. I am very happy that I was able to meet with him and make my life better. THANK YOU Dr Oh I know I will need another surgery eventually and even if I am somewhere else I would happily travel back to have him do the surgery
