I had a procedure done with Dr.Gerald Portman (Urologist ) I was quite nervous going to him - but that all changed when I called his office several times and spoke the receptionist (Nicole ) she was the sweetest person. She put me at ease , and so did his nurses -Shameeka & Susan during the procedure ! They were so professional to say the least ! They eased my anxiety !
