In January of this year, this company was paid a substantial deposit to put a new mobile home on our land. They never did. At the time the contract with them was signed, they were made aware that we had a contract for deed on the property that the mobile would sit on and that the contract expired in March of this year. They failed to perform. They also refused to return our money leading to the loss of the land and all monies paid to the land owner.
