I have been a patient of Dr. Miley for over twenty years. He has always provided me with expert care, and is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable doctors I have had the pleasure of working with.
I drove 2 hours to an appointment that the dr was not prepared for and turned away because he doesn’t work with EDS and they didn’t have the medical records that they asked for the day before knowing full well it takes a while. I did get through to my dr while there and they made sure they had everything right and sent it twice. Not only did he refuse to see me but he didn’t have the spine to come out and tell me himself or apologize for putting me through excruciating pain to drive there hoping for answers. Dr. Miley has been my Rheumatologist for years and he has kept me going! I have had JRA for over 50 years and I have been treated at NEBH by Dr. Potter and Dr. Miley. Dr. Miley has always been able to prescribe the best treatments for my JRA, which has allowed me to stay active, even when I have taxed his arsenal of cutting edge medications. Dr Miley treated me over the weekend and provided thorough care along with a great bedside manner. He explained my options and answered all of my questions. Be sure to ask for him. He is outstanding!!!
