I want to say that there has been a drastic decline in professionalism and knowledge in dentist office staff over the last 20 years. I have had a string of bad experiences with several dentist offices in the county over the last 3 years. I have been trying to find a practice that was professional and actually cared about their patients for some time now. It was recommended to me that I try Dr Loeffler's office.
