If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a concierge physician—someone who is paid specifically to provide attentive, respectful, and patient-centered care—and yet the communication my family received was dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in empathy. The tone used toward an elderly patient’s spouse was unacceptable. Dr Levens is the best doctor I know. He totally gives me his attention, listens to me and responds not only with medical solutions but enlightens me with conversations and the reasons for a solution. He was also my dad’s doctor and it, too was a great trusting relationship. My dad lived to 102.
