Gerald is a straight shooter who seems to enjoy what he does. I cannot express how grateful I was to have him working to get my father under a Guardianship, despite a very complicated situation. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He doesn’t over-promise and under-deliver, like so many attorneys and his billing is reasonable. He has gone above and beyond for me. I recommend him without hesitation.
Gerald was really helpful at a horrible time. He talked and walked me through an understanding of a process to help a loved one manage. Straightforward, responsive and a good listener-Gerald is someone you would want to engage to help you with legal matters.

After successfully maintaining and completing a guardianship for me, Mr. Hemness also handled a probate. I had three previous attorneys on the guardianship and Mr. Hemness was by far the best I have worked with over the past 5 years. Communication is excellent. I would retain his services again without question.
