Good service dept, friendly staff, keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle. They are not the closest dealer for my Chevy to be serviced, but I drive further because of the service I have recieved each time.
This is the second time that my husband and I have experienced buying a car from Gerald Jones. The first time I purchased a car from them, Byron Crytzer was my salesman. I hit the nail on the head. He put me in a used GMC Acadia, and I mean it was top notch. I loved that car!!! Sad to say my "baby" had an accident. My first stop to find a new car was Gerald Jones, and no other than Byron Crytzer. He went over some of the used cars with me and showed them to me. Quess what?
