Came in for a second opinion about my recurring tonsillitis because my friend recommended Dr. Jeyapalan as a great ENT. Super nice staff, I was seen quickly, and the wait to see Dr. Jeyapalan was definitely worth it! Getting my problems taken care of finally, so hopefully this means no more being out of school/work for multiple weeks out of each year! So thankful for your team—this means so much to me🫶🏻 Update- a month and a half post op and all is well and I couldn’t be happier I came to see Dr. J!
I saw Dr. Jeyapalan a couple of weeks ago. Drove all the way from Rochester to see him and it honestly was not worth the drive at all. He seemed to not really care at all. This place is more about quantity than quality. Got here 10 mins early and was still late because I was standing in the check line for a long time because of how many people there were.
