Brought my 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L in for two (2) outstanding recalls. The Service Manager, Joe Maurino, made arrangements for me to use a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed and was very courteous, professional and explanatory along the way with texts, phone calls and pictures of the recalled parts. It's never a pleasure to have to bring your vehicle in for a recall but Joe made it into a positive experience. Thanks!
