We bought our Odyssey at Gerald Honda of Countryside, IL. We were exceptionally pleased by their great customer service. Terry Scudieri did an excellent job showing us several cars, helping with test drives and helping my wife feel very comfortable with the car controls and features. We will be going back to Gerald Honda when our other vehicles need to be replaced.

Twice I had to take my car in for minor issues and twice they were not prepared so it took multiple visits. Also be prepared to wait a ridiculous hour an a half for a scheduled oil change! Why bother taking appointments?!
