Wonderful dentist office...Dr. Ferretti took care of my daughter when she was 4 and now he will be taking her wisdom teeth out at 17.
While Dr. Ferretti is excellent, this office is nearly impossible to reach to schedule appointments, for general information, etc. Waiting on hold for a half hour only to have to end the call without ever being answered is simply unacceptable and impractical. God forbid a patient would ever need to have something looked at immediately. Needless to say, we are looking for a new dentist office.
