These people are knowledgeable but a bit on the chilly side. The poor rating is because I ONCE forgot my check book and they had to wait 10 minutes for me to run to the bank, get the money out and give it to them. I was put on a pay first list. Then they got really chilly in their attitudes. I will never go back to these people!
