Not a good experience with Dr. Gerald Cooke. I saw him back in 2009 and I don't recommend him. I've been seeing another therapist who has helped me immensely. I hope this review helps someone.
They evaluated me for a big insurance case. When the report was created it was anyone but me. Sadly it was not me. It was perfect for the insurance company and their goal of terminating my disability insurance.
