The two lady's at the front desk of the hospitals main entrance were very rude and not pleasant. I understand they were both busy and possibly frustrated with the volume of customers but we are the reason she has a job. I am an active duty service member and I would rather receive medical care on base. The facilities on base are not as technologically advanced but they do treat you with respect and compassion, of which would generally sway most people's decision on what medical facility they prefer. I’ve been a patient here for three years. I called to get a referral for lab work and they said “I don’t have time for you” and hung up. I called back and they repeatedly hung up after the phone rang only once. I’m appalled, this is beyond unprofessional, unhelpful and incompassionate. I take my health very seriously and this was a simple request that they refused to help with. Absolutely disgusting, the person working the desk should be fired immediately.

Horrible hospital great accomodations but doctors aren't even licensed they let there licenses lapse that they can't even except the medicine at Walmart

The laboratory staff were really amazing with my newborn. And my daughter was treated very nicely thank you to the laboratory staff and phlebotomists. You ladies rock!
